Great phone. Love the sharp display, size of display, call quality. Battery life is ok.
But beware of the following:
When taking pictures the phone turns off! Even pressing the power button doesnt work. I have to remove the battery and put it back in and turn it on.
The display turns dim even if I deselect "Auto dim".

Bought one for me and my wife, and we love them! These are our first smart phones and we could not have picked a better phone or company to have purchased them from. Letstalk made it very simple, and the samsung Charge is an awesome phone!!!

Love this phone fast, reliable, and all of that. Only one problem, there is no notification light. Other then that, amazing.

Battery Life? What battery life? It's more like battery death.
Speakerphone is underdeveloped - just barely not enough for hands-free driving on phone calls and Skype. Amazingly enough the Google navigation is loud enough.
Horrible network management - if driving in a spotty area, this is more of a pocket warmer than a high-tech device
Navigation only works for 1 hr 45 minutes, even when plugged in, than the phone overheats and dies.
Existing browser is awkward - in fact short of killing the process I do not know a good way of doing it.
Samsung and Verizon are too greedy - the phone has cool hardware features like WAP and tethering - but they want a disproportionate amount of money for it, so I am almost forced to jailbreak it, to take advantage of the hardware that I already paid for.
Sometimes when the processor is owerwhelmed the phone hangs, and the only way to get out of it is to reboot it.
Ah, the photo app needs good picture stabilization - when I can't shoot my wife with the camera while she is dancing - OK, maybe this is a $700 cheap-o-matic, and she moves too fast to be caught on camera, but an immovable object comes out smudged because of the hand being a bit shaky - there is no excuse for it.
In addition for the photo app - the reaction time between pushing the button and taking the picture is horrible, as in don't move while I shoot.

Poor battery life!!!! I've tried everything, but it gulps the battery. Also, too much "custom" Samsung stuff; for example, the MP3 Music Player doesn't accept playlists from other apps.

So many features. Needs some sort of a manual to explain all of the features and benefits and how to access them.
